How much does Google Ads management cost in Dubai?
Google Ads management in Dubai is a fixed monthly retainer, typically AED 2,500 to AED 6,000 depending on account size and how many campaign types you run (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube). That is the management fee only: your ad budget is separate and paid straight to Google from your own account. There is no percentage-of-spend markup, so my fee does not climb just because you scale spend. You get the exact number on the free audit call before you commit to anything.
What is a realistic Google Ads budget for a UAE small business?
Most UAE small businesses start with an ad budget of AED 3,000 to AED 8,000 per month, enough to gather real conversion data within 3 to 4 weeks instead of guessing. Competitive or high-ticket niches like legal, real estate, and cosmetic clinics usually need AED 10,000+ to compete on cost per lead. I set the starting budget on the audit based on your average customer value and target cost per lead, not a generic template.
How soon will Google Ads bring leads?
Google Ads can produce qualified leads in the first week, because your ad shows the moment someone searches for what you sell. The first 2 to 4 weeks are a learning phase where I gather conversion data and cut waste, and cost per lead usually drops 20 to 40 percent by month two as the account optimizes. Unlike SEO there is no waiting months for rankings: you are visible on day one.
Do you manage Performance Max and Google Shopping campaigns?
Yes. I run Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube for UAE businesses, and I structure Performance Max so it does not quietly cannibalize your branded search or hide where the spend actually goes. For e-commerce I build and fix the Merchant Center feed, clear disapprovals, and segment Shopping by margin. You get visibility into every campaign type, not one black-box PMax campaign.
Will I own my Google Ads account or will you?
You own it, always. I build and manage everything inside your own Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts, under your billing, so the account, conversion history, and data stay yours if we ever stop working together. Many agencies run your ads inside their own manager account and keep it hostage. I do the opposite: you keep the keys from day one.
Do you lock me into a long Google Ads contract?
No. I work month to month on Google Ads. If the campaigns are not paying for themselves you leave with no penalty, and you keep the account and all its data. I would rather earn the next month by showing you cost per lead and return in a short weekly Loom video than trap you in a 6 or 12 month agreement.
Why hire a freelance Google Ads specialist instead of an agency in Dubai?
With an agency you usually get an account manager relaying your requests to a junior who actually touches the account. With me you get 12 years of experience and AED 10M+ in tracked ad spend working on your account directly: one person accountable to one number, your cost per customer. No hand-offs, no layers, and no minimum-spend gatekeeping.
Can you audit and fix a Google Ads account that is wasting money?
Yes, and it is a large part of what I do. The leaks I most often find in UAE accounts: broad match with no negative keywords draining budget on irrelevant searches, Performance Max swallowing branded traffic, conversion tracking that double-counts or never fires, and bidding set to maximize clicks instead of leads. The free audit shows you exactly where the money is going before you commit.
